Practices and House League
Special Notice : All sessions in April on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays will be held at Birchmount Stadium instead of at Lamport. In May, we will begin our Monday and Wednesday sessions at Lamport.
To participate in a TFHC program, you need to become a registered club member. First timers are welcome to try out a program before committing to becoming a member. Click here for Membership information
- Mondays at 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Tentatively starting April 12, 2010 to August 30, 2010 .
- Players can practice skills while the House League games happen.
- There are no sessions on long weekend holidays – May 24 and August 3.

- 6:15 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. - Girls U14 and Girls U18
- 7:15 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. - Women's House League/Scrimmage and Men's
- 8:15 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. - Women's 1st Team and Women's 2nd Team
Thursdays starting April 15, 2010 to August 26, 2010 at Birchmount Stadium 93 Birchmount Road Toronto, ON
- 6:15 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. - Girls U14 and Girls U18
- 7:15 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. – Girls U18 Competitive Program
- 7:15 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. - Men's Team
- November 9, 2009 to March 22, 2010 (except over school Christmas break & March break)
- Recreational practice for all members (junior, women, and men). These practices will be scrimmage based.
- Mondays @ 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. – Co-ed Indoor House League
- Mondays @ 8:00pm – 9:30pm – Adult Recreational Scrimmage – everyone welcome

- November 11, 2009 to March 24, 2010 (except over school Christmas break & March break)
- U18 Girls practice @ 6:45 p.m. to 8 p.m.
- Adult team practices to prepare each team for playing in their respective leagues and tournaments. Each Wednesday will alternate between the men's and women's team unless otherwise notified - Wednesdays @ 8:00pm to 9:30pm
