Practices and House League
The TFHC conducts practices, scrimmages and house leagues for both its junior and adult members.
To participate in a TFHC program, you need to become a registered club member. First timers are welcome to try out a program before committing to becoming a member. Click for registration information

Indoor Field Hockey - Mondays
- November 7, 2011 to March 26, 2012 (except over school Christmas break & March break)
- Recreational practice for all members (junior, women, and men). These sessions are scrimmage based.
- Mondays @ 7:00pm – 9:20pm – Adult Recreational Scrimmage – everyone welcome

This is a NEW program. Players who sign up will be assigned to teams and a schedule will be played through the season. The player fee for this House League is to be determined.

Outdoor Field hockey Practices
Outdoor field hockey programs will commence in April 2012 at Lamport Stadium on Mondays and Wednesdays and at Birchmount Stadium on Thursdays.

The Outdoor Season runs from the week of April 18th until the end of August.
Junior Programs
The Junior Girls House League is scheduled on May 7th, May 14th, May 15th, June 4th and June 11th at 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The location is Birchmount Stadium.
Adult Programs
- Mondays, 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. – Adult Co-ed House League at Lamport Stadium.
- Wednesdays, 7:15 to 9:30 p.m. – Women's and Men's teams practices at Lamport Stadium.
- Thursdays, 7:15 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. – Adult Co-ed Scrimmage at Birchmount Stadium.
All TFHC training sessions take place on artificial turf, not grass, therefore rain never cancels a session. Thunderstorms will halt and delay sessions due to the danger of lightning. We follow the City of Toronto guidelines for thunderstorms as Birchmount and Lamport are City facilities.
